YOU WILL NOT BE HANDED OFF
When you hire me, you get 1 agent marketing your property! You will deal with me, on every issue. I will hold the open houses, I will handle all of the negotiations, I will attend all of the inspections, I will attend the signing. I never take on more than I handle myself, so I can always provide personalized service to all of my clients.
MARKETING TECHNIQUES
I use state-of-the-art tools to market your home, including custom virtual tours. My virtual tours are copied to CDs and passed out to potential clients during open houses or to potential buyers I am showing homes to. I include my virtual tours on my personal website, plus all over the web, through my web uploads. I also prepare 3 picture custom flyers for your home.
ADVERTISING
I advertise at least 4 Sunday open houses in the widely read Open House Directory of the Arizona Republic or the Prescott Daily Courier, and I advertise your home for at least 1 month in one of the major area home selling magazines.
GETTING THE JOB DONE
I am adedicated hard worker that takes my employment contract seriously. I sell a lot of my own listings, that is not by accident, it is by hard work, state of the art marketing and superior negotiating skills.
FEES
You will be extremely comfortable with my fees after you review my detailed marketing plan, and if you are also purchasing a home, I will reduce my already low listing fees even more! Full Service MLS Listing at 4%, If I sell the home myself, it is even less.
OUR LISTING PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
It is simple. If I am not performing my time-sensitive checklist that I commit to IN WRITING, you may either cancel the contract or request that I reduce my commission by 25%.
