Over 90% of the new home builders in the valley are happy to cooperate with licensed real
estate agents. This DOES NOT have any effect on the price you pay for a home. I have
access to all of the information you will need relative to price, floor plans, lot premiums,
builder incentives, etc.. Allow me to do the leg work and make your home shopping
experience hassle free! Remember, the agents in the office of the new home builders are
representing the builder, not you! As a buyer broker, you can have all the services that I provide as well as those offered by the home builder!
