Builder Knowledge
Builder Knowledge
Being a valley resident for over 17 years, I have seen builders come and go. It is so important to our clients, that we can identify with builders who built a home in 1979 or 1999. There are a lot of good builders in the Valley that have changed names or have left the Valley completely. There are also some very bad builders who have since left the Valley, but their homes remain behind. There are also builders that are still building in 2000, that we would "Red Flag", so our buyer is aware to do further investigation into the building practices, specifications, complaints with the Registrar Of Contractors and the Better Business Bureau.
Yes, you can have a good builder and still have problems with your home, but wouldn't you rather start out with the Power of Builder Knowledge.
Subdivision Knowledge
Another important factor is Subdivision knowledge. As homes get older and agents are new to the business, they don't know who the builder is. Since we have lived in the area and worked the area for such a long time, we do know the subdivisions and the associated builders.
It Is Better To Make An Educated Decision
You can feel safe when you put a buyer in the Vetter & Samuelson Team's hands, that they will have all of the information required to make an educated decision.
