magazines. . We also include a Virtual Tour of your home, and your home is advertised on the internet on major Real Estate sites such as Homes. Com, Realtor.Com and my own personal website. If you like, you can hold your own open houses and save even more money on our already low real estate fees. REALTOR'S MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICES

These programs offer the maximum exposure to market your home. In addition to marketing
methods addressed above your home will be exposed to over 18,000 licensed real estate
agents in the valley and on the internet worldwide. If you want to minimize your involvement and you need a quicker sale, this program will work for you. Remember, you can still be active
in the sale of your home, even under this program. If you produce the buyer through an open house you hold, a friend, drive by, etc., the commissions are reduced. Regardless of the method we determine to be the right one for you, one thing is for sure; it will not cost you an arm and a leg to sell your home!
